Nuclear Power:  Back on the table

A symposium on nuclear energy in PA and the mid-Atlantic region October 15, 16, 2009

The symposium highlights the economic, research, and innocation opportunities that nuclear power presents to PA and the mid-Atlantic region.  the objective of this symposium is to foster interactions among industry, government, and academia in education and research innovation, to support industry's manufacturing and workforce needs.  It will also showcase Penn State's contributions to the nuclear power industry.  The symposium will take place during the 50th anniversary of nuclear engineering education at Penn State.
